Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Oracle Cloud Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a remote-based trainer, you will deliver tailored training programs to students and professionals worldwide. Your expertise in Oracle Cloud will inspire and guide learners to build a solid foundation and advance their careers in cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive Oracle Cloud training sessions, including theoretical and practical aspects.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assignments, tailored to learner needs.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions in a remote environment, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Cloud certifications, exam preparation, and industry best practices.
- Assist learners in troubleshooting issues and clarify technical concepts related to Oracle Cloud services.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud developments and incorporate them into training modules.
- Gather feedback from learners and continually improve training delivery and materials.
- Collaborate with the EkasCloud team to enhance training programs and address learner needs.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related services.
- Certification in Oracle Cloud (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Cloud Developer) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering Oracle Cloud training.
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts, architecture, and deployment best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to customize training approaches to suit diverse learner profiles.
- Experience in remote training tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping learners achieve their goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in other cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry use cases and hands-on projects related to Oracle Cloud.
- Background in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or application development.
