Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SAP Cloud Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on SAP Cloud solutions, catering to a global audience of learners with diverse skill levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging online training sessions on SAP Cloud solutions, including but not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and SAP Cloud Integration.
- Create training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, assignments, and assessments.
- Tailor training sessions to meet the specific needs and learning goals of individuals or groups.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance the practical understanding of SAP Cloud technologies.
- Mentor and support learners, addressing their queries and helping them overcome challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Cloud developments and incorporate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with the EkasCloud team to continuously improve training content and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in SAP Cloud solutions, including implementation, integration, and management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Integration, or related technologies.
- Proven experience in delivering online training or workshops, preferably in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in relevant SAP Cloud modules is highly desirable.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their careers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and virtual training tools.
- A background in consulting or implementing SAP solutions.
