Job Responsibilities:
- Call potential students and explain EkasCloud’s training programs.
- Work on provided leads and convert them into admissions.
- Follow up with interested candidates to address queries and assist with enrollment.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating.
- Keep accurate records of calls and admissions progress.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
